Congratulations to Luke Cada, CCN Campus Leader @ MLC
*
CHANGE Collegian Network is so thankful to the LORD to be able to award our CCN Campus Leader, Luke Cada with "The Perseverance Award", in honor of his dedication to serving the LORD on his campus through the teaching and preaching of the Gospel biblically, effectively, and boldly, and training others to do so, as well.
*
Our brother, Luke, was our FIRST out-of-state Campus Leader, who joined us in Fall 2006, and continues to serve faithfully on his campus.
*
Please keep our brother, Luke, in your prayers! We thank God for you, brother!
*
"My brethren, take the prophets, who spoke in the name of the Lord, as an example of suffering and patience. Indeed we count them blessed who endure. You have heard of the perseverance of Job and seen the end intended by the Lord--that the Lord is very compassionate and merciful." James 5:10-11

(1) Where are the trillions of fossils of such true transitional forms?

Critics of creationism often say that creationism is simply religion, whereas evolutionism is based on science. The Bible says in Genesis 1 that all creatures reproduce "after their kind" (no change to another kind, i.e., no transitional forms). So the complete absence of transitional forms in the fossil record supports creationism.

(2) Is this scientific evidence for creationism, or isn't it?

I have also noted that evolutionists only discuss this subject in the broadest terms. If evolution is true, why don't they give us answers to questions such as these:

(3)Where did all the 90-plus elements come from (iron, barium, calcium, silver, nickel, neon, chlorine, etc)?

4) How do you explain the precision in the design of the elements, with increasing numbers of electrons in orbit around the nucleus?

(5) Where did the thousands of compounds we find in the world come from: carbon dioxide, sodium chloride, calcium hydroxide, hydrochloric acid, oxalic acid, chlorophyll, sucrose, hydrogen sulfide, benzene, aluminum silicate, mercaptans, propane, silicon dioxide, boric acid, etc.?

How was it determined how many bonds each element would have for combining with other elements? When did these compounds develop from the elements (before the big bang, during the big bang, after the big bang)? When evolutionists use the term "matter", which of the thousands of compounds are included? When evolutionists use the term "primordial soup", which of the elements and compounds are included? Why do books on evolution, including grade-school, high-school and college textbooks not include such important, basic information? Evolutionists are masters of speculation. Why don't they speculate about this?

(6) How did life develop from non-life?

(7) Where did the human emotions, such as love, hate, and jealousy come from?

(8) What are the odds that the evolutionary process, proceeding by random changes, would produce human beings, plus millions of species of animals, birds, fish, and insects, all with symmetrical features, i.e., one side being a mirror image of the other? We take symmetry in all these creatures for granted, but is that a reasonable outcome for a random process?

(9) What are the odds that of the millions of species of animals, birds, fish, and insects, a male of each species developed at the same time and in the same place as a female of the same species, so that the species could propagate?

(10) Why are there 2 sexes anyhow? This is not foreordained in the evolutionary framework. Is there some sort of plan here?

(11) If the first generation of mating species didn't have parents, how did the mating pair get to that point anyhow? Isn't evolution supposed to progress when an offspring of a mating pair has a beneficial mutation?

Conclusion: No parents, no evolution. A species would have to jump from a primitive form to a fully developed male and female, each with the ability and instinct to mate.

Questions and Objections from the Evidence Bible!

Common Objection:
"I was once a born – again Christian. Now I believe it's all rubbish!"

Answer: When a person maintians that he was once a Christian, but came to his senses, he is saying that he once knew the Lord (see John 17:3). Ask him, "Did you know the Lord?" He will then be forced to say, "I thought I did!" This gives you license to gently say, "If you don't know so, then you probably didn't." IF he didn't know the Lord, he was therefore never a Christian (1 John 5:11-13, 20).

Explain to him that the Bible speaks of false conversion, in which a stony ground hearer receives the Word with joy and gladness. Then, in a time of tribulation, temptation, and persecution, falls away. If he is open to reason, take him through the Ten Commandments, into the message of the cross, and the necessity of repentance and faith in the Savior.

I recently open aired preached to 100 students at my college cafeteria and had it video taped so here it is.

Friday, March 30, 2007

Well this year has been rough and tough to get anyone out to evangelize the campus, and when presentin this information to the girls who are leaders on Campus Crusade they were not for it, they were into friendship evangelism. However I talk to them about it and Elizabeth who is the most enthusiatic girl on campus with a real heart for the Lord agreed to come with me to witness at the cafeteria tonight. I have talked to her about evangelism before on how The Law must pave the way before the Gospel will make sense. I told her how most people think their are good and not that bad and she said well I think most people know they are sinners and not good.

So Wednesday night we went and I witnessed to around 20 people and she also added alot of good things. Afterwords she was totally amazed at how powerful that was, the first table we talked to were convicted under the LAW and she was amazed how They asked what they must do to get into heaven? She was also utterly amazed that People still thought they were Good and going to heaven after taken them through the 10 commandments, she couldnt believe it.

And get this, afterwords she said, well I know that friendship is good but we must speak the truth, I was like Praise God that He has opend her eyes to this.

Just a little update, the last 3 weeks I have continued the Cafeteria outreach on Campus by myself, other group members schedules are kinda hetic but thats ok. Last night I talked to 3 people which all did not seem overly concerned but that is ok as well. Bible study has changed to Friday nights at 7:00 PM with prayer time from 6:30-7:00PM. Also on campus we are having a Jericho Walk on Campus this whole week everynight at 9:00 Pm and we get around 6-10 ppl everynight praying for the lost souls on campus. I am still waiting and prayer for the time when I see Christians on this campus get on fire, patience is something I need to work on :).

Wednesday, February 07, 2007

It has been set that Bible study will be Tuesdays at 9:00 PM. Also "Ben Stevens" who is on the evangelism team is in charge of praying time. 30 minutes before Bible study at 8:30 everyone is welcome to join us in deep Prayer and meditation. Tonight is our first night for this and I am really excited. Ben is doing a Technology fast today and is getting ready.

Wednesday nights will continue to be our weekly outreach at the Cafeteria and I just got done witnessing to 4 people and it went extremely well. I have been overcome with fear and temptation lately by the enemy but God makes his Children weak so that He would be made strong so that our names our hidden and His name Glorified for The Lamb deserves the reward for His Sacrifice.

I just got done reading "The Storm Is Coming" by Darrel.(Located on Message Board of www.thegreatnews.com) Being a Sophmore in College right now and being actively involved in College life I know how true Darrel's Note is. Lately I have been attacked a lot by the enemy, Paralyzing fear and I have felt as though my stomach was about to burst and felt as though God has removed any type of protection from the enemy. Seed Sowers on College Campus's have a spiritual battle on their hands never seen before. Now when I say that I felt as though God removed any protection from the enemy I literally felt as though Demons were trying to take me over, which I know they can't. This might sound a little crazy to some but it was truly a trying time in my Christian walk. We must not overlook the fact that these students will one day be doing your taxes, running for office, they will make your clothes and decide what is appropriate for your kids to watch on TV. You do not truly know the darkness on a College Campus unless you live among it, in the dorms and interacting everyday with students and Teachers. The other day my sociology Teacher called God a B****. Said Hell was created in the NT and Jesus was never a man. Seed Sowers on College Campus's have a high calling and it is extremely troubling. On the other Hand, I am honored and privileged to belong to an Army of Seed Sowers that know what I am talking about and are more than willing to pray for Campus's all around the United States and World. The storm is truly coming, let us all put the full armor of God on. Let us fight the Good fight of faith and never give up. I really do need all of your prayers, alone I am weak, but as one Body, we are strong. This reminds me of the song “Frontline” By Pillar. I thank God for all of you. I Truly do.
